When we started, I didn't even know how to explain what we needed. We have a group of businesses and too many things were running in different places. Money was getting lost here and there, and if I wanted to check what happened, it was not easy. TECHKS spent a lot of time inside the business before they built anything. It took a long time because it was a lot of work, and we are still adding more, but what they created changed how we run the business. I can't be grateful enough.

It started as a pretty basic idea here in Michigan—parking for trucks and trailers. We knew it could work, but honestly, we weren't seeing all the potential yet. TECHKS kept bringing ideas and showing us how this could be more than one parking yard. Now it's turning into a whole marketplace. Other yard owners can add their spaces, and drivers across the US can search and book right from the app. So yeah, the idea got way bigger, and now we got another real way to earn from the business.

We wanted to open more doors in Europe, especially in the French market, but we needed a partner who could manage the technical side with us. Today, TECHKS has delivered development work for more than 30 of our clients. It became a real collaboration, not only one project.

In gifting, no two orders are really the same. We have custom requests, corporate clients, deliveries, last-minute changes—the usual UAE pace. TECHKS took time to understand all of that before building. Now the customer sees the easy part, which is exactly how it should be.

We'd tried a few different ideas before, but nothing quite joined up. TECHKS didn't come in and try to reinvent the brand. They helped us tidy the journey, sharpen the campaigns and make everything feel like it actually belonged together.

It was a complicated brief and there were quite a few people involved. What worked for me was that the TECHKS team stayed close, broke things down when needed and kept the project moving. We were never left wondering what was happening next.

We had already been building Jabal for a while, and TECHKS had done a lot of work with us before Florida. Florida was the next big move, so we really wanted to hit it right. They put the whole strategy together, how we show up, the local influencer push, the content and the experience people would have when they walked in. Once we launched, it went crazy. Jabal was everywhere, people kept posting, lines got busy and the business took off. They didn't treat Florida like one campaign. They already knew the brand and built this move around where we wanted to take it next.
